Ok Im sitting here in my class working on a lightwave project listening to my ipod, and for some chance 4 final fantacy songs play in a row. After listening to the songs I realize that square enix needs to come out with a good turn based final fantacy or at least another company needs to make a good turn based game. Im not saying that the RPGs that are out now suck, Im just saying that I want a good turn based game.

The trend of RPGs now is to make everything run up to the enemy and slash it and to make the charactors look real. I know there is ATLUS that is making there charactors all anime like but isnt really turnbased.

I want to walk around and have the screen shatter because something got pissed and wants to attach me. I dont care if the main charactor has 7 foot tall spiky hair (ff7)
, stupid summon/magic system (ff8), cartoon looknig people with tails (ff9), or the main dude who crys all the time (ff10). I just want a good game.

So far the only solution is for me to buy a PSP to play the old ff's seeing as i dont remember 1 and 2.

In closing I hope the don't screw up 13.... but I know they will
